Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Conseal collects, uses and protects information when you use conseal.ae, app.conseal.ae and related services (the "Service").

In short:

• Your content is yours. We never sell it and never use it to train models. Anthropic's commercial API terms bar them from training on it too.
• Where it goes. The AI work runs on Anthropic's API in the US. Your account and workspace are stored with Supabase in the EU (Ireland). Image and video prompts go to Higgsfield, only if you use them.
• Not hosted in the UAE today. If your business needs UAE or GCC data residency, tell us at hello@conseal.ae.
• You approve every deliverable. Nothing an agent produces is final until you approve it.
• Leaving is clean. Close your account and your content is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, and backups roll off within 35. Billing records are kept for 5 years, as UAE tax law requires.
